  • Binding Booking & Acceptance of Terms:
    By booking our apartment, you confirm that your reservation is binding and that you accept our Terms and Conditions.
  • Free Cancellation:
    Free cancellation is available up to 10 days prior to arrival. Any payments already made will be fully refunded within this period.
  • Cancellation within 10 Days of Arrival:
    For cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total booking amount as a cancellation fee.
  • Unused Services / No-Show:
    For cancellations made at short notice or in case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
  • Travel Insurance:
    We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself financially in case of unforeseen circumstances.
